Tourist information centre in Terchova offers the  insurance in the  mountains

The new law about mountain insurance come into force on 1st of July 2006. It simply means, that without  the insurance, you have to pay all the expences Mountain rescue service will have with rescue operation. Insurance covers expences up to 300 000, Sk. The insurance covers  area of Slovak republic.

The cost is : up to 3 days = 45,SK/ a person / a day , every other day  + 15, SK/ per person / per day
